Elliot Moshai is the visionary founder and CEO of E M Holdings & Contractors (Pty) Ltd, trading as Fortivest Property Fund. A driven entrepreneur with a passion for high-impact investments, Elliot holds a business qualification from Regenesys Business School, where he developed a strong foundation in strategy, finance, and leadership.

With extensive experience across the financial services, insurance, and property sectors, Elliot has played a key role in the structuring and management of property transactions worth hundreds of millions of rands. His career has been defined by his ability to identify growth opportunities, structure profitable deals, and execute projects with precision and purpose.

Under his leadership, Fortivest is fast becoming one of South Africa’s most exciting Black-owned property funds — built on integrity, performance, and a commitment to inclusive economic participation.
